EmploymentCrossing Is a Job-Opening Research Company — Not a Job-Posting Sales Company
Most job boards concentrate on finding recruiters and employers they can charge hundreds of dollars to post jobs. EmploymentCrossing concentrates on contacting every employer in the U.S. and using a highly trained research staff of more than 500 people to track down the positions of every U.S. employer in every online and print source we can find. We monitor their websites, we monitor other job boards — we do whatever it takes to provide you with every quality job we can find.
Unlike virtually every other job board in existence, EmploymentCrossing is a job-opening research company — not a job-posting sales company. We would not even know how to sell a job posting to an employer (and we do not have a single salesperson on staff), but we do know how to find job openings.
