Power System Jobs

The most known openings in the area of power systems include that of a field service engineer-power systems, control systems engineer, field service engineer – power products, manager – power plant control systems, field service technician – power systems, power plant controls engineer, power generator technician, onsite power system engineer, power systems planning consultant and many more. Typical responsibilities of power systems personnel may include one or more from the following: diagnosing and repairing generator set systems; troubleshooting, diagnosing and servicing of power system components; operating various electrical testing equipments; servicing or maintenance of power systems for clients; and ensuring proper functioning of power system for different organizational units.
A power systems engineer should have a bachelor\'s of science degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a relevant qualification in power electronics. Prior experience in this field may be advantageous.
