Environmental Intern Jobs

Environmental Intern Jobs are available in a wide variety of fields for college and even high school students interested in helping out with protecting the environment. This can mean working in a natural history museum or a zoo. Interns can also be working with college professors on their summer sojourns into forests and mountains.

Here they will be part of a team whose job is to monitor and report on the environment. The interns’ help environmentalists test soil, air and water samples to determine the pollution level in that particular area. Preserving ecosystems is one of the main environmental intern jobs.

The internships generally last for the duration of the summer i.e. around three months. There are also environmental intern jobs that can last for six months which are done by college students during their regular semester. Nonprofits are also a good place to get environmental intern jobs.
