Duties:

• Handle various legal business transactions and employment law matters.
• Draft and review shareholders’ and operating agreements.
• Create and negotiate non-compete and executive compensation agreements.
• Advise on business dispute resolutions and risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring high-quality legal services.
• Work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Provide expert legal counsel for both internal and external corporate matters.

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice law in Maryland (D.C. and Virginia admissions preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in corporate and business law, with a focus on employment law.
• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment in all legal matters.
• A portable book of business.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Maryland Bar admission is required.
• Additional Bar admissions in D.C. and/or Virginia are preferred.
