Patent Litigation Associate
The candidate should have 4-8 years of patent litigation experience at a top law firm. Should preferably have hands-on litigation experience, including handling complex patent litigation, conducting legal research, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, conducting witness interviews, drafting pleadings, writing briefs, and preparing and arguing motions. Excellent legal writing and research skills are required. Outstanding academic credentials essential. Must have undergraduate degree in the sciences (e.g., biology, chemistry, electrical engineering, computer science/engineering, physics). Strong research, writing and advocacy skills needed. Must have Bar membership in good standing. Being registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is preferred.
