A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney to join their team in Walnut Creek, California. This remote position requires residing within 100 miles of the office. The attorney will manage a diverse caseload involving commercial, contract/business disputes, general liability, construction, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims.

Duties

• Handle litigation cases independently from start to finish.
• Develop and implement case strategies.
• Conduct discovery and manage depositions.
• Coordinate with experts and engage in law and motion practice.
• Interface with clients and opposing counsel.
• Prepare for trials and mediations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a litigation attorney in a law firm environment.
• Experience in general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, contracts/business, and/or commercial disputes.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
• Client-focused mindset with a passion for successful outcomes.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Current admission to the State Bar of California.
