Busy personal injury practice is seeking an experience Paralegal. Candidate should have experience handling matters related to the personal injury practice including requesting medical records, communicating with clients and preparing correspondence to insurance carriers.
Additionally candidate should have experience drafting pleadings including Summons and Complaints, Motions and Bill of Particulars as well as responding to litigation discovery demands and Bill of Particulars.
Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills a must. Computer proficiency, strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage a calendar are required.
