Paralegal/Legal Assistant
The candidate should be a bilingual (English/Spanish) paralegal/legal assistant.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in preparing family based affirmative immigration filings with USCIS, including for naturalization, consular processing, and adjustment of status. Must have strong document review skills, written and verbal communication skills, be organized, detail oriented, able to provide a high level of client service and have excellent case management skills. The candidate must also have strong computer skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, paralegals and support staff.
