Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting and executing R1’s regulatory strategy to prepare the business for regulatory change impacting innovation, services, and compliance activities across the organization. Provides leadership and supervises the work and work product of Regulatory Analysts. Researching and providing guidance on federal and state health care program (Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, VA, etc.) statutes, regulations, rules and guidance. regarding reimbursement, conditions of payments, and other material requirements. Clearly communicate vision, deliverables, and project status to senior management and key technical and business stakeholders. Deliver recommendations and risk interpretations in a clear, concise, and audience-specific format. Builds strong relationships with clients, employees and government policymakers that promotes trust and respect, demonstrates exemplary leadership and deep subject matter expertise.
