Duties

• Handle all aspects of case management, including discovery, motions, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategies and solutions for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
• Attend hearings, arbitrations, and trials.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Oregon State Bar.
• 1+ years of experience in litigation and/or motion practice (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Oregon State Bar.

Skills

• Experience with e-discovery and case management software.
• Background in commercial, corporate, or civil litigation.
