• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and draft motions.
• Contribute to mediation statements and other litigation tasks.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Membership to the State Bar of California required.
• Experience in cyber/data/privacy litigation is highly valued.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
