Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar license in the state.
• Experience with immigration court proceedings or USCIS interviews.
• Ability to manage own schedule and communicate effectively with remote staff.
• Reliable travel within the metro area for courthouse visits.
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Active bar license in the state (e.g., California, Texas)

Skills

• Familiarity with EOIR proceedings and immigration law updates.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus).
