Job Overview: A law firm in Fountain Valley, CA, is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, advising clients on legal transactions, and performing various courtroom and support tasks. The role will primarily focus on business litigation, real estate litigation, and trust litigation within Orange County.

Duties:

• Represent clients in court, attend depositions, and participate in mediations
• Draft law and motion pleadings and present arguments in court
• Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Requirements:

• Licensed California attorney
• 0-2 years of experience in law
• Previous experience in law, particularly in business litigation, real estate litigation, or trust litigation
• An undergraduate degree in business administration is a plus

Education:
