Job Overview:
A respected law firm based in Miami, FL, seeks a resourceful and client-focused attorney to contribute to a growing personal injury practice. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and bring hands-on experience managing personal injury claims from intake through settlement or trial preparation. This position is ideal for a legal professional with a proactive approach to negotiation, client advocacy, and legal analysis.

Duties:

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of personal injury claims based on documentation and legal precedent

• Represent clients during settlement negotiations with insurance providers and opposing counsel

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the legal process

• Collaborate with legal staff on gathering evidence and developing a case strategy

• Advise clients on the risks and rewards of pursuing litigation versus settling

• Draft legal documents and prepare cases for trial, when necessary

• Stay current with relevant legal updates, statutes, and case law impacting personal injury

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year practicing in personal injury law

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

• Demonstrated experience negotiating settlements and conducting case assessments

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar

Skills:

• Effective oral and written advocacy

• Proficient legal research and negotiation techniques
