This boutique firm, specializing in employment law for management, is looking for an attorney with 6-8 years of broad litigation experience. Duties:

• Represent clients in various litigation matters, with a focus on employment law on behalf of management.
• Manage all stages of litigation from initial case assessment to trial preparation and post-trial procedures.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on employment-related issues and disputes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and strategy development for cases.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external parties effectively.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation processes.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in broad litigation, preferably with a focus on employment law.
• Proven track record in managing complex legal matters and achieving favorable outcomes.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and case management abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.

• In-depth knowledge of employment law and litigation strategies.
• Proficient in legal research, case management, and documentation.
