The candidate will assist with drafts and review of agreements and correspondence regarding joint ventures, financings and acquisitions. Provide support for general corporate governance matters. Organize corporate records and conduct due diligence reviews. Provide paralegal support to the broader Corporate Legal group as needed. Should have significant corporate law experience. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with a law firm is strongly preferred. Must be Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. Superior organization skills and attention to detail are needed. Excellent communications skills are required. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on collaboration is a must. Ad hoc assignments/projects as needed.
