Duties: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and advise on legal risks and contractual issues and in the interpretation of contracts and other and implement best practices. Draft and negotiate agreements with third-parties, including customers, vendors and consultants. Assist stakeholders with the development of new products and the modification of existing products. Review documents and ensure compliance with business practices requirements; implement and interpret Verisk internal policies and procedures. Assist in responses to RFPs and RFIs and in coordinating responses to information security/legal/HR/compliance/insurance-related issues. Provide additional support on various projects and administrative duties. Support overseas offices with contracting needs.
