Duties:

• Handle complex financial services litigation cases in Connecticut courts.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on financial services litigation matters.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff on case management.

Requirements:

• Mid to senior-level experience in civil litigation, with a focus on financial services.
• Active admission to the Connecticut and New York Bar.
• Proven experience in contested foreclosure litigation is highly desirable.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
