Duties

• Manage and litigate lemon law and consumer protection cases in state and federal courts.
• Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct legal research on consumer protection statutes and federal regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Ensure timely management of case documentation using digital systems.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in California.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in federal court cases.
• Experience with lemon law, warranty litigation, or consumer rights advocacy.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong research and organizational abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar license in California.

Skills

• Knowledge of lemon law preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish or another language preferred.
