Duties

• Engage in client-facing and client-management opportunities.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in a top-tier law firm.
• Experience with emerging growth companies, venture capital, or private equity funds.
• Interest in practicing in the Mountain West region.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Wyoming or eligible for admission.
