• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on insurance coverage issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in insurance coverage matters.
• JD from an accredited law school with very strong academic credentials.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal issues.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
