Duties
- Represent lenders and borrowers in mortgage loan warehouse transactions.
- Prepare and negotiate term sheets and transaction documents for financing facilities.
- Participate as a key member of deal teams, managing transactions from term sheet through closing.
Requirements
- Experience with repurchase facilities and warehouse lending.
- Hands-on experience in transaction document preparation and negotiation.
- Experience in commercial or residential mortgage loan warehouse transactions preferred.
- Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
- Bar admission in good standing.
Skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex transactions independently.
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
