Vedder Price is seeking a junior to mid-level associate (2nd to 4th year) to join its Litigation Group in the Los Angeles office. Candidates must have 2-4 years of litigation and case management experience. Experience in the areas of SEC enforcement matters, white collar criminal matters, internal investigations and securities litigation preferred. Candidates must be admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar or taking steps to become admitted in California.
