Duties: Provide legal support to various leaders in other areas of the business, while collaborating with other Company representatives on decisions that impact utility operations and our customers. Represent SCE before the California Public Utilities on proceedings involving the development of rules and policies on such issues as transportation electrification, wildfires, customer service, energy efficiency, privacy, and other related energy matters. Investigate and respond to customer complaints, questions, and concerns. Draft and prepare regulatory filings, testimonies, reports, and transactional documents. Direct and manage outside counsel retained to support the company’s legal needs.
