The candidate will draft and prosecute patent applications relating to high tech. Support IP due diligences, patent landscape analyses, patent litigations, post-grant proceedings (IPR, PGR, interferences) and other IP matters related to all aspects of technology, including software, hardware, semiconductors, telecommunications, autonomous vehicles, artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics and blockchain. Should have a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, applied physics, or a related field. Must have 3+ years of substantive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications relating to high tech. Should be registered to practice before the USPTO. Excellent written and oral communication skills, superior academic background and a desire for teamwork, significant responsibility and client interaction are required.
