The candidate will be reviewing Spanish and English records, including documents, audio files, video files, and other e-doc formats in a review platform, and coding and summarizing the content. Listening to audio/video files and drafting summaries and/or transcriptions and translations. Participating in case meetings with ATR staff and outside parties and utilizing Spanish language skills. Staff may require interpretation services. Performance will be measured based on a quantitative assessment regarding timeliness and quantity of materials reviewed, as well as a qualitative assessment of the analysis performed on the documents This position is on-site and remote. Law degree, or currently attending an ABA-accredited law school, having completed at least one year of study or, an equivalent level of legal training or experience; or an equivalent level of education may be substituted. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Detail-oriented is required. Prior Document Review experience in Relativity is needed. Prior document review experience using automated document review systems is a plus. Prior experience supporting law enforcement or a legal environment Professional certifications and association are preferred. Hands-on familiarity with ESI tools (Relativity) and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources is required.
