Mid-Level and Senior Antitrust Competition and Trade - Litigation Associate Attorney

Profile

A law firm is seeking Mid-Level and Senior Antitrust, Competition, and Trade - Litigation Associate Attorney for its Washington, D.C. office. The Associate Attorneys will be responsible for drafting, editing, and managing major sections of motions and dispositive briefs. They will handle substantive antitrust litigation matters, including class actions, and should exhibit strong research and writing skills, academic performance, and the ability to multi-task across matters.

Duties:

• Draft, edit, and manage major sections of motions and dispositive briefs
• Handle substantive antitrust litigation matters
• Work on class action cases and all other major phases of civil litigation
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients on case strategy
• Assist in preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and case law
• Assist with case management and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to practice in New York, California, or the District of Columbia
• 3+ years of substantive antitrust litigation practice
• Experience as a state or federal judicial clerk preferred
• Familiarity with government enforcement agencies
• Background in economics is a plus
