The candidate will be drafting correspondence and pleadings, revising documents, organizing discovery, scheduling court appearances, maintaining client files, filing pleadings with the court, and interaction with clients. Will focus more on transactional law and probate and on civil litigation. Knowledge and experience with federal court is preferred. Must have substantial experience.
