Legal Assistant/Paralegal
The candidate is responsible for answering & returning phone calls, drafting and editing correspondence, initial case review and intake completion, medical record and billing collection and tracking, digital and physical case file management and organization, identifying and calendaring case deadlines. Should preferably have Personal injury experience and/or medical background. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel and possess strong writing, proof-reading, and general computer skills.
