Duties

• Advise clients on executive compensation matters.
• Develop and implement equity and incentive compensation plans.
• Provide guidance on ERISA compliance and related issues.
• Participate in transaction-related compensation work.
• Conduct general advisory work for clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Texas or eligible for admission.
• Experience in executive compensation and employee benefits preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
