Staff Recruiter

The candidate will be responsible for all phases of the staff recruitment process to assure adequate staffing to maintain the firm's standards of quality and service. Will develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the Staff recruitment process including negotiation and closing offers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, team members, and search firms and placement agencies. Conduct intake process meetings with hiring managers for all new openings to discuss specifics of role, recruiting strategy and interview plan. Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the firm. Pre-screen resumes for qualified candidates on a daily basis through the firm's applicant tracking system, Ultipro, and maintain accurate disposition codes through-out the recruitment process. Conduct outreach to passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter. Conduct phone interviews when necessary as a pre-screen function. Manage the interview process and participate in the first-round interview. Maintain interview notes in an organized filing system. Collect feedback from hiring managers through-out the process, including through the resume circulation and post-interview phases. Maintain and ensure compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations. Provide regular updates to both hiring managers and candidates in the pipeline. Ensure completion of all pre-hire due diligence (reference checking, verification of bar standing if applicable, etc.). Responsible for the offer process, including compensation review and recommendation by analyzing market data and ensuring internal equity, offer letter drafting, offer extension, etc. Handle all phases of the background check process. Coordinate with staffing companies to arrange for temporary employees and to ensure active staff agreements are in place for temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hires. Participate in career events and local job fairs.
