Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft appellate briefs.
• Collaborate with trial lawyers on complex cases.
• Participate in appellate oral arguments.
• Develop strategies for appellate litigation.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in Maryland; D.C. and Virginia bar admission preferred.
• Experience in appellate and federal clerkship is advantageous.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Maryland; additional bar admissions are a plus.
