A law firm seeks a mid-level to senior associate with 5-8 years of experience to join its Privacy and Digital Risk Class Action and Litigation team in Denver, CO. The associate will work with prominent companies across various industries, handling privacy and data security-related litigation, primarily involving class actions following data security incidents.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of privacy and data security-related litigation.
• Advise on and litigate claims involving state and federal laws.
• Collaborate with a team to develop litigation strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents and correspondence.

Requirements

• Litigation experience with a focus on privacy-related litigation and class action defense.
• Experience with state and federal laws such as BIPA, FCRA, and FACTA is a plus.
• AmLaw 100 experience preferred.
• Admitted or eligible to waive into practice in Colorado; California admission is a plus.

Education

• J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in Colorado; California admission is a plus.
