A law firm seeks an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for a full-time hybrid position in Las Vegas, Nevada. The successful candidate will manage personal injury cases from inception to settlement, advocate for clients, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Duties

• Oversee personal injury matters throughout the litigation process.
• Conduct thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages.
• Draft and file legal documents needed in litigation and discovery disputes.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Provide exceptional client service and keep clients informed about case progress.
• First chair civil jury trials.

Requirements

• Lawyer in good standing to practice law in the state.
• 7+ years of personal injury experience.
• Excellent knowledge of state laws and legal procedures for personal injury cases.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.
• Experience in conducting legal research and preparing legal briefs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state.
