A law firm seeks a Junior or Mid-Level Associate for the Patent Litigation Team in Houston. The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to providing comprehensive and sophisticated patent litigation solutions across various sectors, including telecommunications, software, and manufacturing.

Duties

• Engage in patent litigation cases, both offensively and defensively.
• Collaborate with team members to develop litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in competitor v. competitor matters and lawsuits by non-practicing entities.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

Requirements

• 2 - 7 years of patent litigation experience.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
