Duties

• Communicate proactively with clients regarding their matters.

• Conduct workshops and seminars to educate the community.
• Assist with training or mentoring team members as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, especially in stressful situations.
• Experience in estate planning and probate law for at least 1-2 years.

Education

• Bachelor's degree with a legal background.
• J.D. degree required.

Certifications

• Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA).

Skills
