A law firm in Alexandria, VA, is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring 6-10 years of litigation experience, holding Bar admission. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex legal matters, contribute to strategic decision-making, and advance the firm's litigation practice.

Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with partners and other team members to develop case strategies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior associates and legal support staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and legal expertise.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the state of Virginia.
• 6-10 years of litigation experience.
• Proven track record of handling complex cases and achieving favorable outcomes.

Certifications

• Virginia State Bar Admission.
