• Prepare for trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations.

Requirements

• Two or more years of litigation experience.
• Experience in family law and probate matters.
• Knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence.
• License in good standing to practice law in Texas.
• Strong ethical standards and interpersonal skills.
• High-level verbal and written communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar of Texas license.
