Duties

• Manage a caseload from initial intake through trial.
• Work closely with clients to assess needs and develop effective legal strategies.
• Stay current with California law, including updates relevant to personal injury, sexual abuse, and civil rights cases.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to develop your client base and referral sources.
• Engage with local, state, and national trial lawyer organizations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California Bar.
• 6+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-value cases independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
