ITS M&A Senior Associate

The candidate will assist the team with local tax laws, reporting requirements, statutory filings, corporate strategy, transfer pricing and indirect tax and other international taxation needs. Use feedback and reflection to develop self awareness, personal strengths and address development areas. Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities, coaching them to deliver results. Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends. Review the work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance. Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice. Seek and embrace opportunities which give exposure to different situations, environments and perspectives. Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others. Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships. Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Communicate findings and opportunities to clients; analyze various cross border tax issues and legislative updates; manage cross border components of tax structuring projects interviewing targets and their tax advisors; assist on post-deal structuring and exit scenarios. Bachelor’s Degree is required. Accounting degree is required. Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study may also be considered. Should have 2+ year(s) of experience. CPA or commitment to pass CPA exam before being promoted to Manager and thereafter obtain CPA licensure, or Member of the Bar is required.
