Duties

• Manage and execute real estate transactions, including debt and equity deals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful transaction outcomes.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents related to real estate transactions.

Requirements

• Three to six years of real estate experience.
• Experience with mortgage and mezzanine loan transactions or acquisitions and joint ventures.
• Strong academic record and exceptional analytical skills.
• Texas bar membership preferred, required within one year of joining.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible for admission within one year.
