Duties

• Handle real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development.
• Draft and review legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including title and survey reviews.
• Engage with clients and legal teams to provide strategic advice.
• Utilize innovative technology platforms to enhance legal work.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate and land use law.
• Experience in a sophisticated national law firm environment preferred.
• Expertise in commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong academic record and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with renewable and conventional energy projects is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
