Duties

• Conduct factual investigations and manage discovery processes.

Requirements

• Experience in California-specific data privacy litigation, including CIPA and CCPA.

• Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
• Exceptional judgment and articulation of legal strategies.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
