Job Overview: A prominent law firm is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Fund Finance team within the Finance & Restructuring practice group. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of transactional legal experience, preferably with a focus on finance law.

Duties

• Handle a variety of fund finance transactions, working within the Finance & Restructuring team.
• Draft, structure, and negotiate finance-related agreements and documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support finance transaction cases.
• Provide strategic legal guidance and maintain communication with clients.
• Ensure adherence to legal standards and compliance in all finance-related matters.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in transactional law, with a preference for finance law experience.
• Strong academic credentials and proven research skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the state of residence, in good standing.

• Proficiency in legal research and finance-related document drafting.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
