Duties:

• Handle antitrust litigation matters, including legal research, case analysis, and document preparation.
• Participate in merger investigations, providing legal counsel on antitrust implications and compliance.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop strategies for antitrust cases and matters.
• Conduct legal analysis of complex antitrust issues and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
• Assist in counseling clients on antitrust compliance and risk mitigation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience at a large law firm specializing in antitrust law.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Washington, DC Bar or eligibility for prompt admission.
• Excellent academic credentials, including a strong academic record and relevant coursework.
