Duties

• Manage and litigate mass tort cases from inception through resolution.
• Work with clients to gather and analyze case information.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings and motions.
• Coordinate with experts and investigators to build cases.
• Represent clients in court hearings and negotiations.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate on legal strategies and trial tactics.
• Manage large volumes of documents and case files.
• Keep clients informed about case status and legal options.
• Monitor and report on case progress and developments.
• Travel may be required as needed.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in the State of California.
• 3+ years of experience in mass tort or complex litigation.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation and mass tort law.
• Experience with expert witnesses and discovery processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a high caseload.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California State Bar License.
