A law firm seeks an experienced Employment Litigation Associate to join its San Francisco, CA office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years' experience in employment litigation and a comprehensive understanding of federal and California employment laws. This role offers the opportunity to work on class action, PAGA, and single-plaintiff matters.

Duties

• Handle employment litigation cases, including class action and PAGA matters.
• Manage single-plaintiff employment litigation cases.
• Collaborate with a team to provide comprehensive legal services.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years' experience in employment litigation.
• Familiarity with federal and California employment laws.
• Class action and PAGA experience preferred.
• Membership or pending membership with the California State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California State Bar membership or pending membership.
