Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant California labor and employment experience.
- Experience in a top 100 law firm setting.
- Strong academic background with excellent research and writing skills.
- California Bar membership required.
Education
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active California Bar license.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to interact with clients and legal teams effectively.
- Fluent knowledge of California state and federal court procedural rules.
