A fast-growing personal injury law firm is expanding into the Washington market and is actively seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its Seattle office. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for an experienced personal injury attorney looking to build a leadership track without litigation responsibilities. This position offers a unique pathway to a Managing Partner role as the Washington team expands, supported by an established multi-state law firm.

Location:

• Seattle, WA

Duties:

• Manage a caseload from intake through pre-litigation resolution

• Communicate with clients to ensure a high level of support and satisfaction

• Collaborate with internal teams on case strategy and resolution

• Mentor and guide support staff in daily operations

• Contribute to office culture and play a key role in building the Washington team

• Participate in business development efforts as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of personal injury law experience

• Strong track record of success handling pre-litigation cases

• Demonstrated ability to manage clients and caseload independently

• Proven leadership or team management potential

• Tech-savvy and adaptable to legal technology tools

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the Washington State Bar

Skills:

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
