Duties

  • Monitor case management systems to assess new and incoming client cases

  • Review intake documentation and identify potential immigration relief options

  • Conduct strategic consultations and propose viable legal services to potential clients

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide clear explanations of immigration processes

  • Advise existing clients on supplemental services beyond current case scopes

  • Provide legal feedback and updates to the intake and sales teams

  • Supervise intake paralegals and virtual assistants to ensure accuracy and workflow efficiency

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of immigration law experience

  • Experience with EOIR, detained cases, family-based petitions, and other USCIS applications

  • Ability to analyze case facts quickly and recommend appropriate legal paths

  • Proven success in client communication and case evaluation

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle a high-volume intake process

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

  • Active membership in a U.S. state bar (Texas preferred or ability to obtain prompt admission)

Skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal professionalism

  • Familiarity with immigration case management software (preferred)

  • Team-oriented with a collaborative and solution-focused approach
